Pine Grove Holdings created XFORM as a distributor broker of back-up power and construction equipment for small to mid-sized contractors who may not have the balance sheet to own the equipment themselves.

Established in 2017, the Company works primarily with bespoke OEM construction equipment dealers and also leverages Alturdyne Power Systems’ connections when a power generator is required.
